Throughout his career, Tyson has successfully litigated real estate and business matters for many of the largest financial institutions in the nation. These cases include consumer, loan-level, and class/mass action cases in state and federal courts involving lending statutes such as TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, California Unfair Business Practices, California Homeowner’s Bill of Rights, and various other state and federal consumer protection laws. Tyson has also represented multi-national businesses in contract disputes and insurance matters. Tyson has also written numerous appellate briefs and successfully argued before the Second and Fourth Appellate Districts.
